Rebecca Finn is an urban designer and registered landscape architect. With more than two decades experience in the design of cities, towns and neighbourhoods across Australia and North America, Rebecca’s focus remains designing lively, functional and sustainable places.
She provides our clients with high quality design advice, and delivers it in an accessible, friendly and collaborative way. She is the current Joint President of the Urban Design Forum Australia. Until recently, she served as a sessional member of Planning Panels Victoria.

Oliver Harris is an emerging urban designer with a Bachelor of Design from the University of Melbourne. With broad interests spanning place research, community engagement, master planning, and 3D design, Ollie is developing his skills through a diverse project base.

Chloe is currently studying a Bachelor of Design, majoring in Architecture and Construction. With a lifelong interest in architecture and design, she’s always been drawn to the way the built environment shapes how people live and connect.
Alongside her studies, she works part-time at UrbanFold, where she’s learning the craft of masterplanning and gaining hands-on urban design experience.

Orlando is a Registered Architect and Urban Designer with a passion for cities. Through his broad experience in the area of urban design, master planning, and residential architecture he has developed an interactive approach focusing on people-centric urban liveability – with a passion for housing and the way we live.
He knows how to get from ‘plan to place’, and how to build successful housing and streetscape details into the early stages of subdivision and masterplanned projects. He brings a love of great architecture, and a passion for the way built structures and spaces can improve people’s lives within a city.

Lucy Sternhell is a Master of Urban Design graduate from the University of Melbourne, with a strong interest in how well-considered urban environments can shape more sustainable, inclusive, and resilient futures. She is particularly passionate about biourbanism, placemaking, and meaningful community engagement.

Carley is an urban designer with a unique eye for understanding and capturing the collective experience of our cities and region’s public life. Being trained as a photographer and urban designer, Carley is inherently interested in contributing to the improvement of all aspects of the public realm.
Carley is a strong advocate for designing inclusive places to encourage increased participation in public life. Her passion lies in the collaborative process of master planning cultural, community and civic precincts and in designing practical solutions that encourage more people to walk, wheel and cycle, in our new communities.
