UrbanFold has led the Albion Quarter Structure Plan project a key urban renewal area in the heart of Sunshine in Melbourne’s West. With major infrastructure investment including Melbourne Airport Rail and Albion Station redevelopment the precinct presents an opportunity to transform underutilised industrial land into a high-density knowledge-intensive urban hub.

The plan integrates residential commercial and public spaces with streets parks and civic infrastructure and is designed to foster connectivity accessibility and social interaction. Population growth is expected to more than double over the next 30 years and the framework ensures future development balances density amenity and economic opportunities.
