Heritage-led place-making

The Kelly House Masterplan focuses on Ned Kelly’s former home in Beveridge an example of Irish vernacular timber architecture with historical significance. Located within a growing new community the Masterplan ensures the heritage asset is sensitively integrated with new streets housing and surrounded by parkland. UrbanFold balanced heritage preservation with contemporary urban design carefully considering building placement landscape and accessibility.

The Masterplan creates a framework for integrating heritage into new urban communities and using it to strengthen local identity. It demonstrates how sensitive design can support growth while preserving historical landmarks and remain a meaningful part of the emerging Beveridge community.
