Medium-density living in inner Canberra

UrbanFold is leading the masterplanning for a new medium density community on partial bush site on one of the major arterial roads into Canberra. The Masterplan seeks to integrate innovative housing models with the site’s significant area of remnant vegetation waterways and vegetation.

Through extensive design testing for housing layouts and neighbourhood form we prepared a masterplan that incorporates streets open spaces and public amenities in a connected walkable community.

The Arnold Grove masterplan demonstrates how medium-density communities can be thoughtfully designed to provide housing choice environmental sensitivity and high quality public spaces. It sets a benchmark for sustainable urban growth that respects both the natural and social context of Canberra.
