Town centre revitalisation plan

Urbanfold, alongside a highly qualified and experienced team of town planners, transport planners, social planners and economists are working with the City of Melton to deliver the Melton Town Centre Revitalisation Plan.

With unprecedented levels of growth in Melton and the surrounding suburbs, the existing Melton Town Centre needs to establish a unique identity to continue to service the existing and projected population, as well as establishing a distinct and differentiated place to compete against the amenities and offer of the growth area Town Centres.

In-depth analysis and preliminary design is underway to understand the particular opportunities to achieve Councils goals to increase investment and employment, as well as retail, business and hospitality offerings in the town centre. Visioning sessions facilitated by UrbanFold with Councillors and the Melton Revitalisation Board are also helping define a Vision for the Town Centre.
